FAQ
1. Payment term?
A down payment of 30% of the total payment shall be made by T/T once the order is confirmed and the balance shall be paid by T/T before delivery.
2. Installation and after service?
Conditional and before mutual agreement between the seller and the buyer.
3. Warranty?
12 months from the date of arrival at the port of destination. Damages caused by faulty operation do not fall under warranty wear and tear parts are not under warranty.
4. Package?
Seaworthy packaging (vacuum packed with aluminum foil in wooden cases).
